Show Up Apparel collects the information needed to accept and fulfill your preorder, communicate with you, provide support, prevent fraud, and measure the performance of our website and advertising.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you place a preorder, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, jersey selections and personalization, shipping address, order reference, and payment status. NMI securely collects your payment information. Show Up Apparel does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send confirmations and shipping updates, answer questions, resolve order issues, maintain business records, protect the checkout process, and understand how customers use the site.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share information only as needed with providers that support payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, production, shipping, analytics, and advertising. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

META PIXEL

Our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product views, checkout activity, and verified purchases. Meta may receive browser, device, and activity information and may use it for measurement and personalized advertising. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and browser settings.

FIRST-PARTY WEBSITE ANALYTICS

We use an anonymous browser identifier to count unique visitors, page views, device type, and general referral source. We do not store your IP address, name, email address, or full browsing history in this traffic report. The identifier is used only for Show Up Apparel website measurement.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain order information for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
